Payment:

You will be asked for payment by BACS transfer at the time of booking.

Your appointment will be confirmed by email once payment has been received.

You will receive a reminder 48 hours before the session.

Cancellation:

If a cancellation is unavoidable, please give as much notice as possible.

Any missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the full fee.
